Natalee holds over 10 years of experience in high end customer service, recruitment and administration.

  • Recruited over 55 contractors nationally as a recruitment specialist into different government agencies, including for the National Disability Insurance Agency, the Therapeutic Goods Administration part of the Department of Health and the Department of Social Services. 
  • Implemented and created policies, processes and templates as part of a recruitment contract with the Department of Human Services. This included liaising and negotiating with 150 contractors and further managing any arising problems. 
  • Promoted to Client Services and Recruitment Manager after working in recruitment for only 12 months.
